I lost my wireless key
In case you lost your wireless key, call your manager for remote unlock. After your manager sends the command through the internet, press the unlock button. He/she will also assign you a new wireless key and disable the lost one.
The wireless key is slow to connect
Keep your wireless key in the top layers of your clothes and aim for a clear line of sight between the wireless key and the blinking LED light on the Paztir device. The signal has a hard time going around objects and bodies. Also keep it dry, as it is not watertight.
The lock does not unlock
If a lock does not unlock, make sure you press the unlock button while the LED light is on and hold the button until you hear the beep (less than 1 second).
Cargo door lock does not unlock
If you hear a beep when pressing the unlock button, but the lock does not open, the bike battery is probably not connected.
Cargo doors do not open
While keeping the unlock button pressed, gently pull the doors to see that they are not blocked. The doors need to move freely for the lock to open. If they are not opened after 1 second, the lock will lock back automatically.
Cargo doors are equipped with a simple manual lock as a backup in case of technical problems. Check this lock often and make sure you have the key available. The manual locks are intended for emergencies only and can not sustain use on a daily basis.
Cargo doors do not close
If you cannot close the cargo doors because the lock won't hold, try unlocking it again by keeping the doors open and pressing the unlock button while it is blinking.
Nothing is working
Check that the Paztir device is connected to the main power supply. If it was out of power for a while, give it a few minutes to fully reboot and reconnect.
